How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order’s on the way.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after shipping. Transit times may vary during holidays or high-volume seasons, but we always do our best to get your gear to you fast.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Can I cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly, cancellations aren’t possible once an order enters fulfillment. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and our team will take care of it under our Quality Guarantee.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective items within 30 days of purchase for store credit at WILDERWORN.com.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email with your store credit code for the full item amount (excluding shipping). Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, reach out within 30 days and we’ll cover the return shipping and make it right — that’s our promise.
